We took our Eisenberg Smoked Cheddar Sausage and added pieces of real jalapeno peppers. WOW! Talk about zesty! This tasty sausage is made from only the finest USDA cuts of beef and pork. We added chunks of real cheddar cheese and pieces of jalapeno peppers. We slowly cooked this special sausage in our special smokehouse. This sausage is bursting with flavor with a zesty kick.
